Can I bring my furry friend?

Pets are allowed in our campervans with prior approval.

Do the vans accommodate car seats or booster seats?

Yes! If you did not pack your child’s car seat, you can add on a car seat or booster seat during check out under “add-0ns”.

Is there a toilet or shower in the van?

Our vans do not have a shower but they do have a toilet that sets up outside the van and comes with a privacy tent.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, our vans have a daily limit of 150 miles. If you wish to drive more than our daily limit, we offer additional mileage packages.

How do I pick up/drop off my van?

If you are flying into DIA, we will come to pick you up free of charge and take you to your vehicle. After completing an orientation, you can hit the road. You can pick up the van any time between 1 pm and 4 pm. The campervan must be returned before 11 am on the scheduled drop-off day. If you return the van later than 11 am, you will be charged a late return fee.

If it is more convenient for you, we have an option to pick up/drop off the van at our Breckenridge or Avon location.

Responsibilities while renting?

We expect renters to fill the tank with the correct fuel, respect the van, protect the van from inclement weather and return the van in the same state as when you picked it up.

How far in advance should I reserve the van?

We recommend reserving your campervan as soon as you can to ensure that our campervans are not sold out.

How old do I have to be/is there renter insurance?

To be a listed driver, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license that is present at the time of pick up. We have three options for renter insurance which you can find in our terms and conditions.

Is there a minimum number of days you have to rent?

The campervans have a minimum rental of three days.

How am I charged? Mileage? Days?

You will be charged a daily fee of $250. This rate includes 150 miles each day.

Additional items for rent?

We have a list of what’s included, what to bring, and what you can add on. If you need a car charger, aux cord, or car seat, you can add them on at the time of pick up.

Any restrictions where I can take the van?

Yes, traveling to Mexico, Canada or Alaska is prohibited. We do not allow our campervans to be taken to Death Valley National Park from June 1st through September 30th. The campervans are also not allowed to be taken to Burning Man.

Do we offer roadside assistance?

Do the vans have USB inputs?

The campervans have multiple spots with USB ports and a couple of power outlets!

Do the vans have bike racks?

Yes! You can add on a bike rack during check out for an additional charge. If you need to rent bikes, we have a partnership with a local bike rental shop. The bikes and bike rack will be mounted on the campervan before pick up.

What type of fuel do the vans take?

Diesel

Do I need to pre-book campsites?

We highly recommend planning your trip and reserving campsites as soon as possible. June through August are peak season, so it is best to plan in advance.

Where can I find information on road conditions and weather?

Safe Travel USA is a great resource for both road and weather conditions. Each state has its own department of transportation and its Twitter account is perfect for getting live updates on road conditions. Colorado | Wyoming | New Mexico | Utah | Nevada

Can I do a one-way trip with the van?

We do not offer one-way trips. If it is more convenient, you can pick up or drop off your campervan at our Breckenridge or Avon location.

Can I really only drive 150 miles a day?

No! If you are going on a four-day trip, you can drive a total of 600 miles on your trip. How you decide to split up those 600 miles throughout the four days is up to you.  If you do go over the 600-mile limit, you will be charged 25 cents per mile.
